This blog is owned and managed by Fidele Sebahizi. Fidele was born and raised in the eastern Congolese village of Bijombo, in the highlands of Uvira, Fizi, and Mwenga territories, known as the Hauts-Plateaux of Itombwe. Fidele is a Ph.D. student at Liberty University, Virginia, United States. He is majoring in Criminal Justice: Homeland Security. Fidele is concerned about and interested in the catastrophic condition of his country.
